I purchased this at 40% off in the shade Charcoal. I was expecting a matte grey colour but it’s actually shimmery. I was alright with that though. This comes with a brush and it’s actually not bad at all. Decent handle length, shape, and quality. It wasn’t a brush that I’d throw away unlike most other products that come with brushes. I ran my finger over the swatch and it smudged instantly. I had the liner on my hand for a good 5 minutes too. So much for being smudgeproof. Back to the store you go.
