It really helped me when I went to go see a dermatologist when I had a super flare up of acne from sharing a pillow with someone that had severe acne :( I know it was foolish of me, but I didn't think anything of it at the time. I still have minor cheek acne because I'm ceased visits since my insurance companies changed and this new company doesn't cover it. But it really does help and save you stress and money in the long run and they tell you how to accurately care for your skin :) That’s so true!
