Okay, so I’ve been doing a little drugstore venturing and found this great product. I’m not one to sacrifice quality for price, so I will only use products that are up to my expectations. All cosmetic products are hit or miss. Sometimes there’s a great product and sometimes there’s a mediocre product. Since drugstores often lack testers, I am hesitant to take any risks. However, what I like to do is look for products that have already been opened by someone else and try it. If someone confronts me, I’ll be able to say that it was already used to begin with :)

This product currently comes in four shades: Sunkissed Glow, Natural Glow, Rosy Glow, and Healthy Glow. This review is for the Healthy Glow blush. Out of all the shades, this one stood out to me the most. It has that bright blue pink strip combined with a dark plum coloured strip. It’s gorgeous! It reminds me of the Platinum Pink Shimmer Brick from Bobbi Brown, but the BB ones is … $40! I can’t imagine ever paying that much for a blush.

The texture of this product is very soft. It’s hard to describe but I don’t have any blushes that are similar in texture. It’s so soft that it’s almost cream like. The texture is like that of the Urban Decay deluxe shadows. The texture I don’t think is really that big of a deal; it’s just different than what I’m used to. When I combine all the strips together, I get this light frosty pink that is very pretty. It’s a great Spring shade. The colour payoff is great for a blush in my opinion. I would definitely recommend this product, and for a little over $5 when it’s on sale, why not?

If you still want to try the BB pink shimmer brick, I picked one up at Costco for around $20 last week.
