Review: Shiseido Lasting Lift Mascara

Finally I’ve found my HG mascara! Finally finally finally a mascara that’s wowed me!!!!

I read some reviews on Makeup Alley and this seems to be a very popular mascara, especially among the Asian demographic. I had to try it and was really hoping it was as great as it sounded.

Here’s my bare eye.

Curled

W/ mascara. Check out the curl! One coat, no primer! Shiseido’s mascara base gets good reviews as well… I wonder how they would look together!

Compared with a normal mascara. This is Sephora’s Atomic mascara. Droopy lashes, and to add clumpy!

To the mascara’s defence, the Sephora Atomic mascara is far less clumpy with a primer. Still droopy though!

The brush of the Shiseido Lasting Lift mascara is very narrow and tiny. I totally think specifically Asian women will benefit from this mascara.

I've tried "Kiss Me Heroine Make" Long & Curl mascara and it is amazing! I'm Asian so my lashes are thin, but it keeps the curl really well, it makes my lashes long and it doesn't smudge or flake! The downside is that it's really hard to remove.

All i have to say is WOW!
That is amazing. That mascara works wonders and you really showed its true capabilities in these photos.
This helps alot of woman out there with a droopy eyelid. :]

I bought it this week and it’s the only mascara that holds the curl. Everything else I’ve used weighs them down as soon as I apply it onto my lashes. Do you have any recommendations for lengthening mascaras for Asian eyes? Thanks.

i tried soo many mascaras.. non hold curls waterproof or not… xpt for those japanese ones that claim to be waterproof and oil proof.. those hold curls very very well.. but it doenst really come off…i pull some of my eyelashes out whenever trying to take it off.. so i gave those up… im def gon give this a tryyy!!! thanks ALOOOTTTT!!
